Do you need a specific absence overview for your absence insurer? You can download this absence report directly from the portal.

Important: Condition for correct figures

For an accurate statement, it is necessary that all absent employees are registered in ZekerArbo Online. We base the overviews solely on the data in this system. Absence that is tracked outside of ZekerArbo Online is not included in the overview.

Step-by-step plan

1. Log in to the absence portal and click on the left menu Reports.

2. Click the selection menu (dropdown) and choose Absence statement for insurer.

3. Click the date field and select the period you need in the calendar.

4. Select the correct company and the employees who should be included on the statement.

5. Scroll back up and click Generate.

6. Then click the PDF button to generate and download the report immediately.
