Report via ZekerArbo Online. Do you not have a linked insurance? Then you can submit the notification directly from your dashboard.
Linked HR or absence system: When the buttons Report Sick or Report Recovered are not visible, you must report the sickness via your own HR system.
Step-by-step plan
Click the Report Sick button on the dashboard.
Search for the employee's name and click it.
Fill in the details of the sick report. Also indicate whether there is:
An accident (recourse).
A safety net situation.
Check the employee's email address and phone number carefully. This is important for receiving codes and messages.
Click Save to record the report.
Note: No immediate email The employee will not receive an invitation email immediately after saving. This is only sent automatically later (for example when an appointment is scheduled).
