Not necessarily, but it can be useful. You can find the link to the call in two places:

  1. Via email (No login required): The appointment confirmation you received contains a direct link. Click this to start the call.

  2. Via the portal (Login required): Can't find the email? Then log in to My ZekerArbo. You can also find the link in the details of your appointment.
