Not necessarily, but it can be useful. You can find the link to the call in two places:

1. Via email (No login required): The appointment confirmation you received contains a direct link. Click this to start the call.
2. Via the portal (Login required): Can't find the email? Then log in to *My ZekerArbo*. You can also find the link in the details of your appointment.

Absolutely. You can open the portal via the web browser on your smartphone or tablet. The website is mobile-friendly and automatically adjusts to your screen size. Convenient if you want to quickly check your appointments while on the go.
