  • When you become absent, you will receive an email with instructions to activate an account in planningsagenda. The steps in this email are self-explanatory. You will set a password and two-step verification.

  • When activating the account you must provide your date of birth for verification.

Click the 'eye symbol' in the password field to check what you typed and whether it exactly meets all the requirements. Read more in the article Password requirements

If you have lost your login details or they appear incorrect, you can click the 'Can't log in?' link on the employee portal login screen. From there you will be assisted further. For more explanation read the manual Reset password

  • Please wait; sometimes there is a small delay in sending.
