Logging in

How do I log in to the employee portal?
  • When you are absent, you will receive an email with instructions to activate an account in planningsagenda. The steps in this email are self-explanatory. This will set up a password and two-step verification.

  • When activating the account you must provide your date of birth for verification.

Any new password I enter that meets the criteria is rejected. What should I do?

Click the 'eye symbol' in the password field to check what you typed and whether it exactly meets all the requirements. Read more in the article Password requirements

What should I do if I lose my login details? Or I get the message 'Wrong username / password'

If you have lost your login details or they appear incorrect, you can click the 'Can't log in?' link on the employee portal login screen. From there you will be assisted. For more explanation read the manual Reset password

I want to log in via 'Can't log in', but I don't receive an email
  • Check your junk email folder (spam).

  • Wait a moment; sometimes there is a slight delay in delivery.

  • Note: The email is always sent to the email address to which you received the original invitation.

Can I view the portal on my phone or tablet?

Absolutely. You can open the portal through the web browser on your smartphone or tablet. The website is mobile-friendly and automatically adapts to your screen size. Useful if you want to quickly check your appointments while on the go.
