Taking over a colleague's tasks during absence

Is a manager or HR employee on leave or absent themselves? Then it is important that a colleague can take over the tasks in the portal. To make this work properly, the substitute colleague must have the correct rights and authorizations for the relevant employees.

Without these authorizations your colleague cannot view the absence file and cannot handle tasks.

Important: Check the authorizations

In ZekerArbo Online a manager only sees the data of employees for whom he or she is explicitly authorized. When you transfer tasks, the administrator must check whether the substitute has access to the correct departments or specific persons.
