Logging in
How do I log in to the employer portal?
You can log in at the already known URL portaal.zekerarbo.nl. Your username remains the same. If you are authorized for functionality on that portal (for example for billing), you will arrive at the portal you know. From there you can click through to the Scheduling agenda via the Absence management tile If this is not the case, you will be automatically redirected to Scheduling agenda.
If you logged into the portal in the past year, you received an automatically generated message with a temporary password during the weekend of the go-live to Scheduling agenda to log in for the first time.
After that you set a new password yourself. You must also complete a two-step verification. This will be done via phone number or email address.
The two-step verification can then also be reconfigured, for example if you want to use the Authenticator app. The instructions for this will also be included in the activation email.

What should I do if I lost my login details?
If you have lost your login details, you can click the link that you have lost your details on the login page of Planningsagenda.nl. You will then see the steps you can take. The login page for Scheduling agenda can be reached via the button at the top of the menu on the ZekerArbo website.

How do my employees log in to the employee portal My ZekerArbo?
When an employee falls ill, they receive an email with instructions to activate an account in Scheduling agenda. The steps in this email are self-explanatory. The employee sets their password and two-step verification with this.
When activating the account, the employee must provide their date of birth for verification.

General questions
What do employees notice about the switch to a new absence system?
This system looks slightly different from what you were used to. Employees get access to their own portal, just like managers and HR staff. To grant access, employees receive an email in which they set up their account and after that they can easily find all information about their sickness notification in the portal.
The service itself doesn't change! In other words, (sick) employees can still count on the best guidance in their (absence) trajectory and services focused on sustainable employability and resilient employees.

How do I create a user account (for my colleague or manager) in Planningsagenda?
As an employer you can easily create user accounts. This can be done by selecting Customer users in the left menu and then selecting Add user. Newly created users will then automatically receive an activation email which they can use to activate their account.
How many users can I create in ZekerArbo Online?
The number of users per customer in Planningsagenda is unlimited. The user receives authorizations based on a predefined role in Planningsagenda and only has access to the employees to whom he/she is authorized. The administrator (on the customer side) of the platform can create unlimited users.
We currently have a document integration, will this be retained in Planningsagenda?
Yes, Planningsagenda works with an employer, manager and client portal. All documents provided by the ZekerArbo professionals are visible in these. In addition, managers and other authorized persons at the employer can create and upload documents. Think of an action plan and a first-year evaluation. Compared to the current situation, the insight and functionalities for our customers increase!
How will I, as a manager, be provided with signals?
The signaling function in Planningsagenda is based on the tasks and moments that are important within the Gatekeeper Improvement Act (Wet Verbetering Poortwachter).
Can I view the portal on my phone or tablet?
Yes, the employee portal Mijn ZekerArbo can also be used via your browser on your phone or tablet.
