Login

How do I log in to the employer portal?
  • You can log in at the already known URL portaal.zekerarbo.nl. Your username remains the same. If you are authorized for functionality on that portal (for example for invoicing), you will end up in the portal you are familiar with. From there you can click through to the Scheduling calendar via the Absence management tile If this is not the case, you will be automatically redirected to the Scheduling calendar.

  • If you logged into the portal in the past year, you received an automatically generated message over the live migration weekend to the Scheduling calendar containing a temporary password to log in for the first time.

  • After that you set a new password yourself. You must also complete a two-step verification. This will be done via a mobile number (06) or email address.

  • The two-step verification can then also be reset, for example if you want to use the Authenticator app. The instructions for this will also be included in the activation email.

  • Didn't receive an automatic message? Then you can click on forgot password.

What should I do if I have lost my login details?

If you have lost your login details, you can click on the link that says you lost your details on the Planningsagenda.nl login page. You will then see the steps you can take. The login page for Planningsagenda can be reached via the button at the top of the menu on the ZekerArbo website.

How do my employees log in to the employee portal Mijn ZekerArbo?
  • When an employee goes off work due to illness, they receive an email with instructions to activate an account in the Scheduling calendar. The steps in this email are self-explanatory. The employee uses this to set their password and two-step verification.

  • When activating the account, the employee must provide their date of birth for verification.

  • You can log in at Mijn ZekerArbo

General questions

What do employees notice about the transition to a new absence system?

This system looks slightly different from what you were used to. Employees get access to their own portal, just like managers and HR staff. To grant access, employees receive an email in which they set up their account and afterwards they can easily find all information about their sick report in the portal.

Nothing changes in the service itself! In other words, (sick) employees can still rely on the best guidance in their (absence) process and services focused on sustainable employability and resilient employees.

How do I create a user account (for my colleague or manager) in Planning Agenda?

As an employer you can easily create user accounts. You can do this by selecting Customer users in the left menu and then choosing Add user. Newly created users will then automatically receive an activation email that they can use to activate their account.

How many users can I create in ZekerArbo Online?

The number of users per customer in Planning Agenda is unlimited. Users receive authorizations based on a predefined role in Planning Agenda and only have access to the employees to which they are authorized. The administrator (on the customer side) of the platform can create unlimited users.

How do I, as a manager, receive signals?

The signaling function in Planning Agenda is based on the tasks and moments that are important within the Gatekeeper Improvement Act (Wet Verbetering Poortwachter).

Can I view the portal on my phone or tablet?

Yes, the employee portal My ZekerArbo can also be used via your browser on your phone or tablet.
