Connections with HR, absenteeism, and insurer systems

Do you use a connection with your HR package or insurer? Then always adjust data in your source system.

Do not only adjust data in ZekerArbo Online. The connection will overwrite these changes again with data from your source system.

How does the connection work?:

ZekerArbo often works with negative employee registration. That means we do not take over your entire workforce. Only employees with a current sickness report are automatically entered into our system. Is an employee fully recovered? Then the current data exchange for that person stops.

Where do you adjust data?:

With an active connection, your HR package or your insurer’s portal is always leading. Therefore, always make changes in your source system.

For example, think of:

• phone numbers;

• email addresses;

• new sickness notifications;

• recovery notifications;

• changes in employment.

Do you only change this data in ZekerArbo Online? Then it will be overwritten again during the next synchronization.

What does this mean for reports?:

Because not all employees are in our system, we cannot calculate an exact sickness absence percentage for your entire organization. The reports in ZekerArbo Online are based only on the employees registered with us. Do you want a complete absence analysis, including percentages? Then use the reports from your own HR or absence system.

Are you connected to an insurer?:

Is our occupational health service linked to your sickness insurance? Then do not report sickness or recovery via ZekerArbo Online. Always do this via your insurer’s portal. We receive these reports automatically and act on them right away.
