Important: Requirement for correct figures

For an accurate statement it is necessary that all employees on sick leave are registered in ZekerArbo Online. We base the overviews exclusively on the data in this system. Absence that is tracked outside of ZekerArbo Online is not included in the overview.

Step-by-step plan

1. Log in to the absenteeism portal and click Reports in the left menu.

2. Click on the choice menu (dropdown) and choose Absence statement for insurer.

3. Click on the date field and select the period you need in the calendar.

4. Select the correct company and the employees who should be included in the statement.

5. Scroll back to the top and click Generate.

6. Then click the PDF button to generate and download the report immediately.
