Report employee (client) partially recovered

Is a sick employee returning to (partial) work? Great! You can easily report this in the portal.

First check the points below.

Do you have an absenteeism insurance? Is our occupational health service linked to your absenteeism insurance? Then do not report sickness or recovery via our portal, but via your insurer's portal. We will then receive the notification automatically.

Report via ZekerArbo Online. Don't have a linked insurance? Then you arrange the notification directly from your dashboard.

Linked HR or absence system: When the buttons Report Sick or (partial)Report Recovered are not visible you should report the sickness via your own HR system.

Note: Absence percentage: In this screen you enter the percentage that the employee cannot work (the portion that he/she is still sick).

• Is someone working 50% again? Then enter 50%.

• Is someone working 25% (and thus still 75% sick)? Then enter 75%.

Step-by-step plan

1. Log in to ZekerArbo Online (Planning calendar).

2. In the absence portal choose the button Report partial recovery.

3. Click on Search a file and type the first three letters of the employee's name.

4. Select the correct employee from the list.

5. Enter the absence percentage (the part that the employee does not work).

6. Enter the date on which this change takes effect.

7. Click on Save to record the change.
