Do you want insight into the absence within your organization? In ZekerArbo Online you can easily generate a report yourself.

Important: Condition for correct figures

For correct reporting it is necessary that all employees are registered in ZekerArbo Online. We base the reports solely on the data in this system. Absences or employees who are tracked outside ZekerArbo Online are not included in the figures.

Reporting to an insurer?

We only receive data of employees who are sick or have been sick in the past. Employees who have never had absenteeism are not known to us.

  • The problem: We do not know how many employees you employ in total.

  • The consequence: We therefore cannot calculate absenteeism percentages.

  • Conclusion: Your reports are incomplete in this case.

Step-by-step plan

  1. Log in to the absenteeism portal and click Reports in the menu on the left.

  2. Click the selection menu (dropdown) and choose Basic absenteeism report employer.

  3. Click the date field and select the period you want to report on in the calendar.

  4. Tick the items you want to see in the report.

  1. Select the correct employer.

  2. Choose the employees to be included (usually you select everyone here).

  3. Scroll back up and click Generate.

  4. Choose the desired format: Excel, PDF or send by E-mail.
