Account not found
Are you trying to log in and do you get the message "We can't seem to find your account" (or a similar text)? Then the system does not recognize your email address. This is usually due to one of the following two reasons.
1. Incorrect email address: It often happens that managers are registered with a different email address than they expect.
Check that you are using the correct address.
If necessary, try an alias or another work address that you use.
2. No account yet: Still getting the message? Then there is probably not yet an account created for you in the new system.
The solution: Ask the administrator of your organization to create an account for you in the absence portal. Read the instruction here Create account for manager
No administrator known: It may be that no administrator has been registered yet.
