# Did not receive SMS code

Are you waiting for a verification code via SMS to log in but it hasn't arrived? Due to the migration, the system may have a different number than you expect.

First check these two points:

1. Colleague's phone: Do you share the account with multiple people? Check whether the SMS arrived on a colleague's phone.
2. Old phone number: Do you still have access to an old mobile number? Check whether the code was sent there.

Still no code? Can't find the code or is the number incorrect? Then send an email directly to our contract administration.

* Email: <contractadministratie@zekerarbo.nl>

Include your name, company name, email address and the correct mobile number in the email. We will then manually update this for you in the system.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://service.zekerarbo.nl/hulp-werkgevers/hulp-voor-werkgevers-en/werkgevers/log-in/did-not-receive-sms-code.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
