Create account for supervisor

Do you want to give a supervisor access to the portal so he or she can view or report absenteeism? Follow these steps to add a user.

Step-by-step plan

  1. Log in to the ZekerArbo Online portal.

  2. Select Client users from the menu on the left.

  3. Click the Add user button in the portal.

  4. Enter the personal details (first name, initials, prefix, last name and gender).

  5. Enter the contact details (mobile number, email address and position).

  6. Under 'Roles' choose the correct role for this manager. You have two options:

    • 2 MG - No link: Choose this option if you report absenteeism manually via ZekerArbo Online.

    • 4 MG - System link: Choose this option if your company has an automatic connection with ZekerArbo.

  7. Enter the Start date from when the account may be active (or select it in the calendar).

  8. Click Save.
