Create absenteeism report
Do you want insight into absenteeism within your organization? In ZekerArbo Online you can easily generate a report yourself.
Important: Requirement for correct figures
For accurate reporting it is necessary that all employees are registered in ZekerArbo Online. We base the reports solely on the data in this system. Absences or employees tracked outside ZekerArbo Online are not included in the figures.
Step-by-step plan
Log in to the absenteeism portal and click Reports in the left menu.
Click the selection menu (dropdown) and choose Basic absenteeism report employer.
Click the date field and select the period you want to report on in the calendar.
Check the items you want to see in the report.
Tip: We recommend selecting Key figures new and Key figures annual figures and unchecking the rest. This keeps the report clear and useful.
Select the correct employer.
Choose the employees to be included (usually you select everyone here).
Scroll back to the top and click Generate.
Choose the desired format: Excel, PDF or send by E-mail.
