Assign supervisor authorizations
Have you created an account for a supervisor? The next step is to link the correct employees. Without this step the supervisor will not see any files in the portal yet
Step-by-step plan
Go to the Customer users menu in the portal.
Find the relevant manager in the list.
Click the shield icon (Authorizations) behind the name.
You will now see a list of employees. Check the employees that this manager may view and manage.
Click Save.
The manager now has access to the files of the selected employees.
