Assign supervisor authorizations

Have you created an account for a supervisor? The next step is to link the correct employees. Without this step the supervisor will not see any files in the portal yet

Step-by-step plan

  1. Go to the Customer users menu in the portal.

  2. Find the relevant manager in the list.

  3. Click the shield icon (Authorizations) behind the name.

  4. You will now see a list of employees. Check the employees that this manager may view and manage.

  5. Click Save.

The manager now has access to the files of the selected employees.
