Je werkgever bekijkt samen met je hoe je kunt terugkeren in je eigen werk. Dit heet re-integratie. Kun je niet terug? Dan gaat je werkgever op zoek naar ander passend werk binnen het bedrijf. Lukt dit ook niet? Dan moet je werkgever op zoek naar ander werk bij een ander bedrijf. Samen met je werkgever maak je schriftelijke afspraken over je re-integratie. Dit heet een plan van aanpak.
