Where can I find the video link for an online consultation?

Do you have an online appointment with the company doctor or occupational health support worker? You can find the link to the video call in two places: in the Mijn ZekerArbo portal and in the confirmation email.

1. Via Mijn ZekerArbo

Log in to the portal. In the details of your appointment, you will find a button or link to join the conversation directly.

2. Via the confirmation email

Did you receive the appointment confirmation in your email? Open this email. It contains a direct link that starts the video call.
