Where can I find the video link for an online consultation?

Do you have an online appointment with the company doctor or practice support worker? You can find the link to the video consultation in two places: in the Mijn ZekerArbo portal and in the confirmation email.

1. Via My ZekerArbo

Log in to the portal. In the details of your appointment you will find a button or link to join the conversation directly.

2. Via the confirmation email

Did you receive the appointment confirmation in your email? Open this email. It contains a direct link with which you start the video call.

Tip: Make sure you are ready 5 minutes before the appointment and open the link in advance to test whether everything works.
