Information on using Juvoly during consultations

More attention for you with smart speech recognition

During the consultation, it may be that the company doctor or practice nurse (POB) asks whether we may use Juvoly QuickConsult. This is a smart tool that automatically turns our conversation into a summary.

Why do we do this?

Because the computer takes notes, the doctor does not have to type during the conversation. This allows us to look at each other and gives full attention to you and your story.

Always your choice

Using this tool is optional. We always ask for your permission in advance. Don’t like it? Just say so, and we’ll simply type along ourselves.

What about your privacy?

Your privacy is fully guaranteed. We do not record the conversation as an audio file.

• No recording: The tool processes the audio in small chunks of just 5 seconds on heavily secured Dutch servers. The audio is destroyed immediately after processing.

• Within the EU: The processing of the summary takes place entirely within the European Union.

• Nothing saved: The transcript (the literal text) is not saved. As soon as the doctor has checked and approved the summary, the transcript is permanently deleted.

Only the checked summary will be included in your medical record. This way, we combine better care with maximum security.
