### Explanation and instruction

You have received an invitation for a video call with ZekerArbo. On this page you can read more about video calls and find a practical instruction.

### You need:

* An environment where you can call without being disturbed
* A working internet connection
* A computer, laptop, tablet or mobile phone with camera, microphone and speakers or headphones
* An up-to-date browser

### Tips for a pleasant conversation

* If possible, find a quiet environment with good lighting and as little background noise as possible.
* Place your mobile device in a stand or lean it against something. That way your hands are free and the camera does not move.
* Connect to good Wi-Fi (or a cable). This ensures the best quality of the video call and prevents high mobile data usage. Near your Wi‑Fi point/utility cabinet the signal is often best.
* Finally: don’t worry. We understand that you cannot create the ideal situation in all cases.

### Practical information & instruction

ZekerArbo uses Microsoft Teams for video calls.

### How do you prepare?

We recommend installing Microsoft Teams on your laptop, desktop computer, tablet or smartphone:

* To download via [this link](https://www.microsoft.com/nl-NL/microsoft-teams/download-app)
* Or search the App Store or Play Store for “Microsoft Teams”

On most laptops and desktop computers you can also join via your web browser such as Chrome, Firefox, Edge. You do not need to create a Teams account.

### How does it work?

A few days before your video call takes place you will receive a link by email. Click the link and you will arrive in our Digital Waiting Room. As soon as our professional starts the call the ‘To your conversation’ button becomes active, and a sound will be played to alert you. You will then be redirected to the call in Teams.

### Privacy

We consider privacy important. We have taken various measures to protect your privacy as much as possible during the video call (see below). In doing so we follow the advice of the sector association for healthcare (Actiz) and the KNMG. With privacy in mind, ZekerArbo has tightened the settings of all its Teams meetings:

* The ability to record video calls is disabled. Copying data to the clipboard is not possible.
* Image and sound are encrypted using HTTPS encryption (SSL).
* Teams meetings use servers in the Netherlands.
* All information remains within ZekerArbo’s Microsoft environment.
