Activate portal for employees

Have you received an invitation by e-mail? Then you can activate your account for Mijn ZekerArbo.

Step-by-step plan

  1. Open the email and copy or write down the invitation code.

  2. Click the 'Activate employee portal' button in the email.

  3. Enter the invitation code and click 'Enter'.

  4. Enter your date of birth and click 'Validate'.

  5. Choose a new password, enter it twice and click 'Create'.

  6. Your account has now been created. Log in immediately with your email address and new password.

Set up security (2FA)

You must now secure your account additionally (Two-factor authentication).

  1. Scan the QR code shown on the screen with the Authenticator app on your phone.

  2. Enter the 6-digit code that appears in the app and click 'Confirm Authenticator'.

Prefer to receive an SMS? Don't have an app at hand? Then click the link on the screen: 'click here to receive an SMS'.

  1. Finally, enter the verification code (from the app or the SMS) and click Log in.


Not working?

  • No SMS? Is the code not arriving at step 8? Then there is probably an incorrect number in the system. Ask your employer to correct it.

  • Error message: Are you getting an error with the invitation code? Check that you haven't copied an extra space.
