Install and set up Authenticator app Android

To log in securely to Mijn ZekerArbo, we use two-step verification. Follow these steps to install the Microsoft Authenticator app on your Android phone.

Step-by-step plan

1. Open the Google Play Store on your phone.

2. Tap the search bar at the top and type Authenticator.

3. Press the magnifying glass (search) and choose the Microsoft Authenticator app.

   • Note: Choose the app from Microsoft.

4. Tap Install.

   • Does it say 'Open'? Then you already have the app and can launch it directly.

5. Open the app and click Accept to approve the privacy terms.

6. Choose the Scan a QR code option.

   • Sometimes you first need to grant the app permission to use your camera. Then click 'Allow'.

7. Use your phone to scan the QR code shown on your computer screen in My ZekerArbo.

8. After scanning, you will see the name 'Dossier.nu' in the app. Tap it.

9. You will now see the 6-digit code appear. This code changes every 30 seconds.

You have now successfully set up two-step verification (2FA)!
