Install and set up Authenticator app Android
To log in securely to Mijn ZekerArbo we use two-step verification. Follow these steps to install the Microsoft Authenticator app on your Android phone.
Step-by-step plan
Open the Google Play Store on your phone.
Tap the search bar at the top and type Authenticator.
Press the magnifying glass (search) and choose the Microsoft Authenticator app.
Note: Choose the app from Microsoft.
Tap Install.
Does it say 'Open'? Then you already have the app and can start it immediately.
Open the app and click Accept to agree to the privacy terms.
Choose the option Scan a QR code.
Sometimes you must first give the app permission to use your camera. Then click 'Allow'.
Use your phone to scan the QR code shown on your computer screen in Mijn ZekerArbo.
After scanning you will see the name 'Dossier.nu' in the app. Tap it.
You will now see the 6-digit code appear. This code changes every 30 seconds.
You have now successfully set up two-step verification (2FA)!

1. Open the Google 'Play Store'

2. Press 'Search'

3. Tap in the search field (Search apps and games) and search for 'Authenticator'

4. Press 'Microsoft Authenticator'

5. Press 'Install' Does it say 'open' here? Then you have already installed the app. Then press 'open'

6. Now press 'open' to start the app

7. Click 'Accept' to accept the privacy terms

8. Click 'Scan a QR code' to scan the QR code from your portal

9. Scan the QR code from the portal

10. After scanning the QR code you will see 'Dossier.nu' — tap this

11. You will now see the 2FA code appear; it changes every 30 seconds
