Account not found

Are you trying to log in and do you get the message "We can't seem to find your account" (or similar text)? Then the system does not recognize your email address. This usually has one of the following two causes.

1. Incorrect email address: It often happens that managers are registered under a different email address than they expect.

  • Check that you are using the correct address.

  • If necessary, try an alias or another work address that you use.

2. No account yet: Still getting the message? Then an account has probably not yet been created for you in the new system.

  • The solution: Ask your organization's administrator to create an account for you in the absence portal.
