What is a Plan of Action?

You have been sick for 8 weeks, and then a Plan of Action must be created according to the Gatekeeper Improvement Act. You create the Plan of Action together with your employer. The Plan of Action contains agreements about what you are still able to do; the company doctor's advice can be included in it.
