A three-way meeting
The three-way meeting: Prevent problems and come back stronger
A three-way meeting is a conversation between the employee, the employer and the employability coach. This meeting is intended to talk together in an open and constructive atmosphere about what is needed to work well and healthily. The three-way meeting can be used preventively to prevent problems and absenteeism, as well as during and after a period of absence, to ensure a smooth return to work and promote sustainable employability. A win-win situation for both employees and employers!
Help with a good conversation
Sometimes it is difficult to have a conversation together about topics such as workload, work-life balance or collaboration in the workplace. A three-way meeting helps with that. With an employability coach at the table you talk constructively about what is needed to be able to work well again without significant absenteeism. It doesn't matter whether it's about something small that bothers you, or a bigger issue that needs to be discussed.
