Step-by-step guide
- Open the Google Play Store on your phone.
- Tap the search bar at the top and type Authenticator.
- Tap the magnifying glass (search) and select the Microsoft Authenticator app.
- Note: Choose the app from Microsoft.
- Tap Install.
- Does it say 'Open'? Then you already have the app and can launch it directly.
- Open the app and click Accept to agree to the privacy terms.
- Choose the Scan a QR code option.
- Sometimes you first need to give the app permission to use your camera. Then click 'Allow'.
- Use your phone to scan the QR code displayed on your computer screen in Mijn ZekerArbo.
- After scanning, you will see the name 'Dossier.nu' in the app. Tap it.
- You will now see the 6-digit code appear. This code changes every 30 seconds.
You have now successfully set up two-factor authentication (2FA)!
