# Report employee (client) recovered

{% hint style="warning" %}
**First check the points below.**
{% endhint %}

**Do you have an absence insurance?** Is our occupational health service linked to your absence insurance? Then do not report sickness or recovery via our portal, but via your insurer's portal. We will receive the notification automatically.

**Report via ZekerArbo Online.** Don't have a linked insurance? Then you arrange the notification directly from your dashboard.

**Linked HR or absence system:** When the buttons **Report Sick** or (partially)**Report Recovered** are not visible you should report the sickness via your own HR system.

### **Step-by-step plan**

1. Log in to ZekerArbo Online (Planning calendar).
2. In the absence portal choose the button **Report recovered**.
3. Click on **Search a file** and type the first three letters of the employee's name.
4. Select the correct employee from the list.
5. Enter the date on which this change takes effect.
6. Click on **Save** to record the change.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://service.zekerarbo.nl/hulp-werkgevers/hulp-voor-werkgevers-en/werkgevers/using-the-portal/report-employee-client-recovered.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
