Find, view, and add documents

Find, open, edit drafts, and add documents to a case in the planning calendar.

Do you want to find or add documents in a file? You can arrange that directly via My files.

Here you will find, among other things, the Plan of Action, feedback from the doctor or POB, evaluations, and access rights.

You can no longer modify a final document. You can open and edit a draft document.

This is how you search for, view, and upload documents in the Planning agenda:

  1. Click on My files to open your personnel files and data.

  2. Click on the correct employee.

  3. Go to Reports & Documents.

  4. Find the right document here. Click on it to view it. Is it still a draft? Then you can also modify it.

  5. Do you want to add a document? Click on Add.

  6. Do you want a different document than the one from the list? Then choose Upload.

  7. Select the correct document type from the dropdown menu.

  8. Upload the document or create it directly.

  9. Click on Save to permanently record the document.

  10. Click on Save draft if you want to continue later.
