Has your employee been sick for 8 weeks? If so, the Dutch Gatekeeper Improvement Act (WvP) states that a Plan of Action must be drawn up. In ZekerArbo Online, you can do this easily via an open task. You fill in the plan digitally and sign it immediately.

#### Step-by-step plan

Follow these steps to create the Plan of Action together with your employee:

1. **Start the task:** Log in to ZekerArbo Online and go to **My tasks**. Search for the task *"Create: The WvP Plan of Action (WG)"* and click on the **blue play icon** to start.
2. **Language and data:** Select the desired language and click **Next**. Then carefully fill in all the fields of the form together with the employee.

{% hint style="warning" %}
Please note! After signing, the document can no longer be edited, even if it is first offered to the employee via the employee portal.
{% endhint %}

3. **Signing:** You can sign the document in two ways:

* **Option 1**: Sign directly (together). Are you physically together? Then both you and the employee can sign directly.
* **Option 2**: Send digitally. Is the employee not there? Then sign yourself first. The employee will then automatically receive a message in the employee portal to sign.

4. **Adding a signature:** Place your signature with your mouse or touchpad and enter the date of signing. Click **Next**.
5. **Check and finalize** You will now see a preview of the document.
   * Satisfied? Click **Next**.
   * Then click on **Finalize** to submit the Plan of Action definitively.
   * *Do you want to continue later? Then click the dash (-).*

{% hint style="warning" %}
If the employee does not sign the Plan of Action, but you as the employer have already done so, delete the Plan of Action and create a new one.
{% endhint %}
