# No activation email received

After switching to the new system you still haven't received an email to activate your account? Don't worry. Due to the busy migration period this email may be delayed or end up in your spam folder.

You don't have to wait for this email. Your account is already set up in the system. You can get immediate access by creating a password yourself.

#### Important: Use the correct email address&#x20;

The system only recognizes you by the email address we have on file.

#### What should you do?&#x20;

Use the Forgot Password option to activate your account. Follow these steps:
