The employer portal helps you with absenteeism, tasks, and user management. No hassle. Sorted.
This page is your starting point. Here you’ll find the main sections by menu.
Do you work with an HR, absenteeism, or insurance integration? Then you do some actions in your own system. Also see Integrations with HR, absenteeism, and insurer systems.
This is how you get started:
Arrange your access:
Start with your account.
Set up your permissions properly:
Make sure everyone has the correct role.
Carry out your first actions without an integration:
Do you work without an HR, absenteeism, or insurance integration? Then you usually arrange these actions directly from your dashboard.
Take on your first tasks:

Client users:
Here you manage users, roles, and permissions.
Add user with a WG role: Create an account for a manager

Why can’t I do something:
Can’t you see or do something? Then it is usually due to this.
You do not have the correct role.
You are not yet authorized for the correct employees, departments, or companies.
Your organization works with an integration.
Then you sometimes report sick leave or changes in your own system.
You do not see data or you see it twice.
Good to know:
The portal works in line with your setup.
Without an integration, you usually handle reports directly in ZekerArbo Online.
With an integration, you handle some actions in your own system.
Managers only see files for which they have permissions.
Tasks automatically appear at the right time within the absenteeism protocol.
