# Wachtwoord opnieuw instellen

#### Stappenplan

1. Ga naar de website en klik op de knop Mijn ZekerArbo.
2. Klik in het inlogscherm op de link 'Ik kan niet inloggen?'.
3. Vul je e-mailadres in en klik op 'Gegevens opvragen'.
4. Klik op de knop 'E-mail ontvangen' om de verificatiecode aan te vragen.
   * *Geen mail? Kies dan voor 'Email niet ontvangen' of controleer of je het juiste e-mailadres hebt gebruikt.*
5. Ga naar je inbox en kopieer de verificatiecode uit de mail.
6. Ga terug naar het scherm, plak de code en klik op Verzenden.
7. Vul twee keer een nieuw wachtwoord in en klik op Wachtwoord aanpassen.
8. Log nu in met je e-mailadres en je nieuwe wachtwoord.
9. Ter beveiliging wordt er nu om een code gevraagd. Afhankelijk van je instellingen doe je het volgende:
   * Vul de code in uit je Authenticator app.
   * Of vul de code in die je per SMS ontvangt.
10. Klik daarna op Inloggen.

Lukt het niet? Krijg je geen SMS-code binnen bij stap 9? Dan staat er misschien een oud 06-nummer in ons systeem. Je werkgever kan dit voor je aanpassen.
