Do you have an online appointment with the company doctor or occupational health practitioner? You can find the link to the video call in two places: in the Mijn ZekerArbo portal and in the confirmation email.
Log in to the portal. In the details of your appointment, you will find a button or link to join the conversation directly.
Did you receive the appointment confirmation in your email? Open this email. It contains a direct link that starts the video call.
Tip: Make sure you are ready 5 minutes before the appointment and open the link in advance to test whether everything works.
