View appointments

Would you like to know when you have an appointment with the company doctor or occupational health support worker? Or would you like to know whether you need to come to a location or whether it is a video appointment?

Do you want to know when you have an appointment with the company doctor or practice nurse? Or do you want to know if you need to come to a location or if it is a video appointment?

You can find your appointments in two places: in the employee portal Mijn ZekerArbo or in the appointment confirmation you received by email.

View via the portal

1. Go to www.zekerarbo.nl and log in to Mijn ZekerArbo.

2. Click on the Appointments card on the dashboard.

3. You will now see your scheduled appointments. Pay close attention to the type of appointment:

   • On site: You are expected at the location listed.

   • By phone: You will be called at the agreed time.

   • Video (Online consultation): You conduct the conversation via your computer or phone.

Do you have a video appointment? To start the conversation, click the Join button in the portal. You can also use the link provided in the confirmation email.
