Reset password
Have you forgotten your password or can't log in? Follow these steps to create a new password for Mijn ZekerArbo.
Step-by-step plan
Go to the website and click the My ZekerArbo button.
In the login screen, click the 'Can't log in?' link.
Enter your email address and click 'Request details'.
Click the 'Receive email' button to request the verification code.
No email? Then choose 'Email not received' or check if you used the correct email address.
Go to your inbox and copy the verification code from the email.
Return to the screen, paste the code and click Send.
Enter a new password twice and click Change password.
Now log in with your email address and your new password.
For security, a code is now requested. Depending on your settings do the following:
Enter the code from your Authenticator app.
Or enter the code you receive by SMS.
Then click Log in.
Can't do it? Not receiving an SMS code at step 9? There may be an old mobile number in our system. Your employer can update this for you.
