# Reset password

#### Step-by-step plan

1. Go to the website and click the Mijn ZekerArbo button.
2. In the login screen, click the link 'I can't log in?'.
3. Enter your email address and click 'Request details'.
4. Click the 'Receive email' button to request the verification code.
   * *No email? Then choose 'Email not received' or check that you used the correct email address.*
5. Go to your inbox and copy the verification code from the email.
6. Return to the screen, paste the code and click Send.
7. Enter a new password twice and click Change password.
8. Now log in with your email address and your new password.
9. For security, a code will now be requested. Depending on your settings, do the following:
   * Enter the code from your Authenticator app.
   * Or enter the code you receive by SMS.
10. Then click Log in.
