Password requirements

Is your new password not being accepted? That's annoying. Often the problem lies in a small detail.

Tip: First click the eye icon in the input field. That way you can see exactly what you're typing and avoid typing errors.

Check the requirements The system is strict. Your password must be 8 to 16 characters long and contain at least 3 of the following 4 options:

• Lowercase letters

• Uppercase letters

• Numbers (0-9)

• Symbols (choose from: @ # $ % ^ & * - _ + =)

Note: Use only the symbols above. Other punctuation may not be recognized.
