# No SMS received

Are you trying to log in but not receiving the SMS with the verification code? There is a good chance that an old or incorrect mobile number is in the system.

What should you do?

1. Ask your employer to update your phone number in the portal.
2. As soon as your employer has done this, you can immediately try logging in again.
3. The verification code will then be sent to your correct number.
