# Log in to my ZekerArbo Portal

#### Step-by-step plan

1. Go to the ZekerArbo website.
2. Click on For employees in the menu.
3. Then click the My ZekerArbo button.
4. Enter your email address and password and click Log in.
5. Now enter the verification code. You get this from your Authenticator app or by SMS, depending on what you have set up. Click Log in.

Didn't receive an SMS code? Is the code not arriving? There's a good chance an old or incorrect mobile number is in the system.

* Ask your employer to update your phone number in the portal.
* As soon as your employer has done this, you can try logging in again immediately. The code will then arrive at your correct number.

App: Open the 'Microsoft Authenticator' app on your phone and use the code you see there.
