I have a new phone or no access to the Authenticator app
Do you have a new phone and can no longer access your Google or Microsoft Authenticator app? Or is the app no longer working? No problem. You can now simply choose an SMS verification code when logging in.
Step-by-step: Logging in with SMS
Go to Mijn ZekerArbo and enter your email address and password.
The system now asks for the code from your Authenticator app.
Can't access it? Then click the link "Or send code via SMS" on this screen
You will immediately receive an SMS code on the mobile number (06) we have on file.
Enter this code and click Log in.
Not receiving an SMS? Is the code not arriving? Then there is probably an old or incorrect mobile number (06) in our system. Ask your employer to update your phone number in the portal. Once this has been done, you can try again immediately.
