# My employer wants me to come to work

Your employer will look with you at how you can return to your own work. This is called reintegration. Can't you return? Then your employer will look for other suitable work within the company. If this also does not succeed, your employer must search for other work at another company. Together with your employer you make written agreements about your reintegration. This is called a plan of action.
