# What does ZekerArbo do?

ZekerArbo is the occupational health service of the organization where you work. Together with your employer, we make sure that you remain sustainably employable for your work. If you do become ill, we will help you on your way.

### What is ZekerArbo's approach?

If you report sick, we have a smart tool that we use.  [We work with an online questionnaire.](https://www.zekerarbo.nl/over-ons/de-online-uitvraag/)  On **day three** of your sick report, both you and the employer receive an email with one closed question and six possible answers.

The answer helps us determine what follow-up we will use. This can be a phone call with the practice support officer for the company doctor, or the company doctor.
